∙ You expressly understand and agree that we will not be liable for any direct,  indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but  not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible  losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service. 

• Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse) of any kind will result  in immediate account termination and also legal actions. 

∙ We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to  us. 

• The failure of our to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service  shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes  the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service,  superseding any prior agreements. 
• We does not pre-screen Content and it is in their sole discretion to refuse or remove  any Content that is available via the Service.  

Payment  

• There are different payment term options available, and depending on the payment  term decided you have to pay on that basis.
• All fees are exclusive of all state and central taxes, service, or other taxes, fees or  charges now in force or enacted in the future (“Taxes”).  

Modifications to the Service and Prices  

• Prices for using courses are subjected to change as per our rules and regulations.  Such changes would be visible on our Site.  
• We reserves the right to modify as well as terminate the services.  
• We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change,  suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

You also aren’t allowed to:  

• Do anything that violates local, state, national, or international law or breaches any of  your contractual obligations or fiduciary duties.  
• Share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put  your account at risk.  
• Attempt to access any other user’s account.  
• Reproduce, transfer, sell, resell, or otherwise misuse any content from our Services,  unless specifically authorized to do so.  
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our systems, unless specifically  authorized to do so.  
• Break or circumvent our authentication or security measures or otherwise test the  vulnerability of our systems or networks, unless specifically authorized to do so.  
• Try to reverse engineer any portion of our Services.  
• Try to interfere with any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus,  overloading, spamming, or mail-bombing.  
• Use our Services to distribute malware.  
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Encourage or help anyone do any of the things on this list.
